An exhibition that includes 90 works, together with Islamic carpets, ceramics and manuscripts, from the tenth to the nineteenth centuries will open in Hong Kong on Wednesday amid authorities efforts to forge stronger ties with the Center East.
The present, “Wonders of Imperial Carpets: Masterpieces from the Museum of Islamic Artwork, Doha”, is hosted by the Hong Palace Museum and marks the Qatari establishment’s debut within the metropolis.
